MND Drilling & Services a.s. has established internal compliance line for receiving compliance reports, which is also used for sending reports about possible breach of the law according to Act No. 171/2023 Coll.
Compliance reports are submitted to the email compliance line of MND Drilling & Services a.s.:
Compliance reports can also be submitted in person to the designated person, or anonymously by dropping it in the mailbox at office No. 206 in building A3 at the seat of MND Drilling & Services a.s. in Lužice, or by sending it to the address of the legal department of MND Drilling & Services a.s. marked “notice” on the envelope. Compliance reports can also be submitted via Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
