Machinery Division Director
Roman graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology, study programme Industrial Machine Design. From 1987, he had worked in the company Moravské naftové doly in the plants for the repair of drilling tools, where he had held several technical positions in the Tools plant in Poštorná. He began his career as a Lathe Workshop Foreman and later, from 1994, he had worked as Plant Director. In 1998, he participated in the founding of the subsidiary joint – stock company MND Strojírenská as a member of the Board of Directors. In the years 2000 – 2005, he worked at SPP Bohemia Trade in the position of the Director of Armaturka Rohatec. Since 2005, he has been leading engineering production in the company MND Drilling & Services and in 2017 he was appointed to the position of Machinery Division Director.
