Marta graduated from the Faculty of National Economy of the University of Economics in Bratislava, study programme Finance. After she had completed her studies, she worked in the banking sector as a Specialist for the Foreign Payments and later as a Client and Credit Officer. Since 2004, she had worked in the company Fosfa as a Planning Economist. Marta has joined MND Drilling & Services in 2007 as a Controlling Officer and later worked as the Head of the Financial Planning and Controlling Department. In 2022, she was appointed to the position of CFO.
