Quality Management System
Quality issues (and thus all of the company’s activities) are regulated in accordance with ISO 9001.
The main building blocks of quality management are:
• all maintenance work and services are performed to the quality standards and within deadlines requested by our clients,
• the company’s organizational structure is clearly defi ned and each employee holds a specifi c position within the company hierarchy, fully aware of his/her duties and scope of authority,
• all work is performed only by qualifi ed personnel with the required experience.
The company has been a holder of the ISO 9001 Certificate since 2001.
